A rider can refer to:
- Rider, an additional provision attached to a bill under the consideration of a legislative assembly
- An amendment or addition to an entertainer's performance or appearance contract, covering a performer's equipment, meal, drink, and general comfort requirements. It may also include certain demands such as not being asked questions particular to a topic the entertainer does not wish to discuss.
- Riding a horse
- A cyclist riding a bicycle, or a passenger (usually) of any other vehicle
- A soldier generally riding a motor cycle whose duty is to safely collect and deposit reports and information files from one location to another. The full designation is Dispatch Rider.
- Rider (Fate/Stay Night). An anime character from the Japanese visual novel and anime series Fate/Stay Night by TYPE-MOON.
- Rider University, a United States institution for higher education.
- Rider a British boyband
