Jesús Guadalupe Delgado Saldaña is a Mexican professional wrestler currently performing for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre. He is best known for his work in the World Wrestling Federation as Essa Rios and for his work for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, CMLL and AAA as Mr. Águila.

He joined the WWF in 1997 as part of its newly relaunched Light Heavyweight division at the age of 18, wrestling under the names Aguila and Papi Chulo.

He had a high-flying match with Taka Michinoku during Extreme Championship Wrestling's Cyberslam 1999 pay-per-view before capturing the WWF Light Heavyweight title from Gillberg on his 'debut' as Essa Rios during February 13, 2000 edition of Sunday Night HEAT.
